I started using the Ultra HCG Lean just 2 weeks ago and I have lost 10 lbs already. I am also taking the glucomannan fiber pill along with it. I bought it cheaper at "The Health barn" than at the MFGS website and its the real one with the active hormone listed as the main ingredient. It is in a 2 oz bottle so I can do 2 28 days cycles
